花左小小時間去聽TED, 不得了的四場TALK.
當中講到自己關注的問題, 簡單記錄一下.


自信:

不停的去面對""COMFORT ZONE CHALLENGE""
你會發現面對越多,
越會識去適應變化,
唔會介意人地點睇
唔會比借口自己推辭,
當呢種不安感習以為常,
你會處之泰然咁去面對.













3. IVAN JOSEPH
自信來於不停不停的練習. 對事情不陌生, 自信自然來,
關鍵在於, 不停練習過程中, 有邊個能夠堅持到最後.

自信未能建立, 兩大主因,
一係自己不停會比借口自己,
二係社會上有好多人不停打擊你.
一要不停去鼓勵自己,
二係遠離呢D 打擊者.
因為思想, 影響你的行為.

相信自己. 永遠相信

"Get Out There. Do what you want to do and do no accept no. "
"Because we all repeat something but very few of us really will persist."
"We all have this negative self talk that goes in our head. "
"We need to get our own self-affirmations."
"Get away from the people who will tear you down."

Procrastinator(拖延者):
TIM URBAN
世上有兩種拖延
1. 有DEADLINE 的拖延, 雖為萬物之靈, 人都係動物之一, 正常時間會想做些EASY AND FUN 的事,這是腦內貪玩的馬騮作怪,  直到DEADLINE 臨近, 痛苦怪獸會出現, 嚇走馬騮, 逼你將事情完成,
2. 第二種拖延係無了期, 長時間的, 沒有DEADLINE, 沒有怪獸, 但會暗暗地將你吞噬
"This long term kind of procrastination that's much less visible and much less talked about then the funnier short-term deadline based kind. It's usually suffer quietly and privately and it can be the source of a huge amount of long term unhappiness and regrets and i thought you know thats why these people are emailing and thats why they're in such a bad place. "

要BREAK 第二種PROCRASTINATE, 以下有個BOX 自己想想.
每一個BOX 代表一星期, 而全部BOXES 係我地九十年的生命.

再細心諗諗, 我地仲有咩係到拖延緊, 生命有限呀.
